Registration

• Exhibitor – $600.00
  Exhibitors receive the following benefits:
  • Exhibit space with prominent display during receptions;
  • A 6-foot table with cover/skirt;
  • Name or logo placement on a conference banner and website display for one year;
  • Recognition at combined events;
  • Premier placement in the conference agenda;
  • Opportunity to put marketing materials in hospitality bags (must be made available by Tuesday afternoon);
  • Name tag for representative(s), and CE if desired;
  • Curated attendee list;
  • Exhibitors may set up displays on Tuesday after 3:00 pm;
  • If the hotel is agreeable, you may work with them to set up earlier;
  • Exhibitors have the option to break down displays on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning;
  • The opening session begins on Wednesday at 8:00 am;
  • Breaks (food, coffee, etc.) will be held in the exhibitor room to maximize exposure;
  • The exhibitor room will be open during the receptions for additional exposure.
• Sponsors – $500.00
  Sponsors receive the following benefits:
  • Recognition at our combined events;
  • Logo placement in our conference agenda;
  • Logo placement on the NCICIE website (remains on site for year leading up to next conference);
  • Appear on our conference banner;
  • Shared table to place marketing materials;
  • Opportunity to put marketing materials in hospitality bags (must have available to Board by Tuesday afternoon prior to conference start);
  • 2 name tags for classes, and CE if desired;
  • Curated attendee list.
